Why PCC exists

Before founding PCC in 2003, Dave Jordan spent years inside enterprise environments like Chevron and small businesses where he was often the entire IT department. What he kept seeing was the same thing: businesses underserved by partners who didn't take ownership, didn't communicate clearly, and treated clients like transactions.

He started PCC because he believed there was a better way. Not flashier. Not bigger. Just more honest, more accountable, and focused on outcomes that actually matter. That founding principle hasn't changed across twenty years and two offices.

PCC is also proud to support the Milo Foundation and Muttville Senior Dog Rescue, two organizations doing important work for animals in need.
